Our Cause
Partners-4-Paws is a nonprofit foster-based rescue in Dickinson, Texas. We have a small group of pet fosters with a range of skills including bottle feeding, basic dog training, and more. Our adoptable animals have all been in foster homes, so if you adopt from us, rest assured they have received one-on-one attention and care from one of our fosters.
Our mission:
We aim to help rescue animals through education, testing, prevention, and treatment by virtue of the generosity of donors. We provide humane care to lost, ill, or neglected animals by providing loving foster care, vaccinations, and veterinary care, then offering them for adoption to qualified applicants.

June is National
Adopt A Shelter Cat
Month. We currently have 40 cats and kittens who are availble now (or will be soon). You are bound to find just the right purr-buddy for you. Check them out. P.S. Some of our beauties are at Petco in Kemah!
When it comes to our feline friends vs heartworms... the heartworms will always win.

Prevention is the key
Cat's hearts are so very small, that as few as 3 heartworms can produce serious illness and death.
Worst of all, there is NO CURE, NO TREATMENT, NO RECOURSE for your cat if he becomes infected. The veterinary industry has developed heartworm preventative medications that can keep your cat from infestation. Cats do have an advantage over dogs in that they are more resistent, but as the prevelence of heartworm disease increases, the likelihood of developing the disease increases.
Ask your veterinarian about heartworm prevention for your cat or kitten.
